Account and Registration

How do I create an account? Click "Register" and enter your email address. You'll receive a 6-digit code by email that you can use to log in. No password is needed — we use magic links for maximum security.

I'm not receiving a login code. What should I do? Check your spam folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

Can I change my username? Yes, you can change your username in your account settings at any time.

Buying

How do I order an item? Select an item, choose the wear duration and additional options, add it to your cart, and complete the order. Follow the payment instructions.

Can I cancel an order? As long as the order has not yet been processed by the seller, you can contact our support team. Please also refer to our cancellation policy.

How secure is the payment? All payments are processed securely through our platform. We use encrypted connections and work with trusted payment service providers. Make sure to always place orders directly through the platform. Never share sensitive information (such as bank details) about yourself with a seller via chat. This is not necessary for completing a purchase and is not permitted. Only use the chat feature with sellers for getting to know them or for clarifying questions before a purchase.

Selling

How do I become a seller? Register and switch to the seller section. Set up your profile and complete the verification process. After that, you can start listing items right away.

What does it cost to sell on slipcherie? Registration and listing items is free. Upon a successful sale, the platform retains a commission of 30%. You can find details on our pricing page.

How do custom requests work? If you have enabled this feature, buyers can send you special requests. You'll receive the request along with a price suggestion, which you can either accept, decline, or use as a basis for a counter-offer.

When do I receive my money? After a successful order completion, your earnings are credited to your balance. Payouts are made regularly to your registered bank account. Make sure to only use the platform's official order processing. Purchases initiated directly via chat are not permitted and consequently will not be covered by the platform's support.

Orders and Shipping

How do I track my order? In your order section, you can see the current status of your order. Once the seller has shipped the item, you'll receive a notification.

What if the item doesn't match the description? First, contact the seller via the messaging feature. If you can't reach an agreement, our support team will help resolve the issue.

How long does shipping take? Delivery time depends on the seller and the shipping method. Within Germany, the typical delivery time is 2–5 business days. Follow the shipping instructions that accompany each order. Use the flat-rate shipping allowance, which is part of your payout, to purchase shipping materials and send a package with tracking.

Note: slipcherie provides you with a sender address with every incoming order. Use this address to protect your private address.

Is my data secure? Yes, we take the protection of your data very seriously. You can find all the details in our privacy policy.

What should I do if there's a problem with an order? Use the messaging feature to contact the seller directly. For unresolvable issues, reach out to our support via the contact page.
